NEW YORK CITY-American Associates, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev has signed a 10,100-square-foot lease at 1001 Sixth Avenue for 12 years. The nonprofit will occupy the full 19th floor of the 24-floor building located between West 37th and West 38th streets. Asking rent for the lease was $44 per square foot.
In the deal, CBRE Group Inc.'s Paul Walker and Joe Mangiacotti represented the tenant, while ABS Real Estate Partners' Jay Caseley and Douglas Regal represented the owners of the 240,000-square-foot tower. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
