Goodrich Leases Large Office Building in Brea

BREA, CA-Goodrich Corp., a defense contractor, has leased an office structure in Brea and will relocate 270 employees from two other locations in Southern California to the new location.

BREA, CA-Goodrich Corp., a defense contractor, has leased an office structure in Brea and will relocate 270 employees from two other locations in Southern California to the new location. The company will take the entire 104,662-square-foot space in the Brea Imperial Center located at 2727 E. Imperial Hwy.

Goodrich will move 170 workers from a Diamond Bar facility and 100 workers from Monterey Park. Liz Hurley from Transwestern negotiated the deal on behalf of AEW Capital, the landlord. For the full story, go to Orange County Register .
