
GOLDEN VALLEY, MN-Wayzata-based HJ Development is preparing for a $12 million to $15 million retail center at the site of an old car dealership at Interstate 394 and Louisiana Avenue in Golden Valley. Tentative plans call for a 41,000-square-foot center with five buildings.
The project will also include a 13,000-square-foot medical office and a 4,600-square-foot restaurant. The Lupient family owns the 5.4-acre site. HJ will start the project after pre-leasing nearly 75% in the center. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
