
PHILADELPHIA-An official groundbreaking ceremony for a $30-million office building that will accommodate the General Services Administration in West Philadelphia is arranged for Monday. The office building, called 2.0 University Place, is designed to achieve LEED platinum certification.
The 97,000-square-foot building is located at 30 N. 41st St. Citizenship and Immigration Services, a GSA agency, will be the new anchor tenant at the office building. It has leased 53,000 square feet for 15 years. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
