SPRING HILL, TN-TriStar Health System will start construction on its medical office building measuring 49,851 square feet in Spring Hill. The $15-million, three-story building, called TriStar Centennial Medical Center, will come up on a 125-acre campus.

The first floor of the building will have a 10,768-square-foot emergency room. Construction is scheduled to start in May and it will take nearly one year to get completed. TriStar is a division of the HCA system. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
