ST. PETERSBURG, FL-HFF has arranged $30.75 million in new financing for One Progress Plaza, a 27-story office tower at 200 Central Ave. in St. Petersburg. The company placed the 10-year loan with Galveston, Texas-based American National Insurance Co.
The 295,200-square-foot office building is 83% occupied. Kucera Properties, a St. Petersburg-based real estate company, is the owner of One Progress Plaza.
