Affordable Housing Complex Opens in Clarendon

ARLINGTON, VA-ARLnow.com reported that a new multifamily property has opened in Clarendon. The vPoint apartment building, formerly called the Views at Clarendon, has provided additional affordable housing apartment complex to the Clarendon area.

The eight-story complex comprises 70 affordable housing units and 46 market rate apartments. The Virginia Housing Development Authority and Arlington County provided financial assistance for the development of the apartment complex. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
