ORANGE BEACH, AL-Innisfree Hotels has obtained a $57-million financing for three hotels situated along Gulf Coast in Alabama and Florida. The hotel company secured the CMBS loan in a nick of time with the help of Aries Capital.
Two of the hotels, namely the 119-room Holiday Inn Express and 137-room Hilton Garden Inn are located in Orange Beach, Alabama and the third hotel, the 181-room Hampton Inn, is situated in Pensacola Beach, Florida.
