TOWSON, MD-The General Services Administration has inked a 21,344-square-foot lease at the Dulaney Center I located in Towson. The federal agency leased the space for its National Hearing Center. The Dulaney Center I is a five-floor building spanning 127,628 square feet. Guardian Realty Management Inc. is the owner of the property situated at 849 Fairmount Avenue.
