L'Oreal USA Leases 193,000-SF Warehouse in York County

MANCHESTER, PA-L'Oreal USA has leased a warehouse facility in East Manchester, York County.

MANCHESTER, PA-L'Oreal USA has leased a warehouse facility in East Manchester, York County. The company has leased the warehouse, which measures 193,000 square feet at 75 Steamboat Blvd., from Panattoni Development Co. Inc.

Previously, Harley Davidson Motor Co. had been using the property as a materials handling facility. L'Oreal will use the facility as a distribution center for delivering its cosmetics to retail centers all over the Northeast. The company will generate 100 new jobs in the new location.
