LAKEWAY, TX-The Community Impact Newspaper reported that officials have recently broken ground on the first phase of the Serene Hills project in Lakeway. The newspaper also reported that officials are planning to start building 300 new homes this summer.
The 456-acre community, situated along Serene Hills Drive, will include medical offices and retail as well as other commercial development. The final plan for Phase I was approved in December by the Lakeway City Council. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
