SALEM, OR-Sunwest Management Inc.'s headquarters in Salem has reached auction block. The 63,186-square-foot office building is located at 3723 S.E. Fairview Industrial Drive.
The two-story building, built on 1997, sits on 5.03-acre site. It was posted on www.auction.com on Monday. The minimal bid for the property is $1.3 million. Auction.com estimated that it will cost $11.7 million or roughly $185 per square foot to restore the building. Sunwest once supervised a senior living enterprise from the office building.
