PETALUMA, CA-Target Corp., a retailing company based in Minneapolis, is expanding its operations in the San Francisco area. According to the San Francisco Business Times report, Target has purchased a 10-acre site in the city of Petaluma with plans to construct a 140,000-square-foot store there.
