NEW YORK CITY-Designer Chloe has signed a deal at 93 Greene St. situated between Spring and Prince streets in Soho for a store. The designer will join Tiffany in the Greene Street building.
The store, which currently houses La Perla, includes 2,000 square feet of space and a 700-square-foot basement. Chloe has in-store boutiques and a store at 850 Madison Ave. CBRE's Paul Muratore represented Chloe and Sinvin Real Estate's Christopher Owles represented the owners in the lease deal.
