NEW YORK CITY-The Manhattan office tower at 475 Fifth Ave. has now come under the management of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. TIAA-CREF, which acquired the 280,000-square-foot building in the Bryant Park neighborhood of Manhattan, has selected Jones Lang LaSalle as the leasing agent and property manager for the 24-story office building.
Starrett & Van Vleck designed the Fifth Avenue building, which was originally developed in 1926. The capital improvement program for the property is underway and it will be completed by mid-2013. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
