Summit Contractors Starts Cooper River Apartments Project

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC-The Summit Contractors Group Inc. has started construction on Cooper River Apartments, a 270-unit multifamily property in Mount Pleasant.

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC-The Summit Contractors Group Inc. has started construction on Cooper River Apartments, a 270-unit multifamily property in Mount Pleasant. The Jacksonville contractor is developing the apartment complex for MSP Cooper River Village LLC.

The three-building complex will include a pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse and 44 garages. Maitland-based Humphreys & Partners Architects is the architectural engineer of the project.
