PHOENIX-The Alter Group will develop a $36-million warehouse and distribution facility as a spec project in Phoenix. The company will build the distribution center spanning 605,700 square feet at the Buckeye Logistics Center at 67th Avenue and Buckeye Road.
The Alter Group is conversing with partners with regard to raising the capital as well as underwriting on the center. The new facility will have 112 docks and parking for 324 cars and 173 trailers. The project will start in October. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
