DENVER-Boa Technology Inc., the developer of the Boa Closure System, has pre-leased an office space measuring 23,000 square feet at the new Drive building coming up at the Taxi office park in the River North area of Denver. The 20-acre Taxi campus is owned by Zeppelin Development Inc.
Kyle and Mickey Zeppelin recently started construction on the Drive building, the sixth one at the campus. The four-story building will house 20 to 30 tenants. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
