
PLEASANTON, CA-BRE Properties has won approval from the City Council to develop a mixed-use housing project in the Hacienda Business Park. The national builder will develop nearly 500 apartments and retail space on two parcels situated on the south side of the Dublin-Pleasanton BART station.
BRE Properties will construct 18 three- and four-story structures on an 8.4-acre site at the end of Willow Road and Owens Drive and an 8.1-acre site at the northern corner of Gibraltar and Hacienda drives. For the full story, go to San Jose Mercury .
