ATLANTA-TIAA-CREF has listed the five-building Concourse Corporate Center situated near Interstate 285 and Georgia 400 on the market for sale. The 2.1-million-square-foot development houses the King and Queen towers in the center.
The Landmarks Group developed Concourse in the 1980s and 1990s along with Hardin Construction and TVS Design.
