BLUE ASH, OH-Hills Communities Inc. has finalized plans to convert a former grocery store in downtown Blue Ash into a residential community. The company has presented final plans for the community with amenities and a parking garage at the site that previously housed a Thriftway store.
The Blue Ash Downtown Design Review Committee will consider the plans for the apartment development, called 49Hundred, at the Blue Ash Municipal Building. The proposed plans call for 235 single- and double-bedroom apartments. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
