WASHINGTON, DC-A new residential building with retail space on the ground floor could come up in Edgewood. DCmud reported that on Tuesday, Advisory Neighborhood Commission 5C considered a mixed-use development proposed for an empty lot at 2321 4th St. NE.

The six-story residential building was proposed for the vacant lot held by H Street Community Development Corp. The $37-million project will create approximately 160,000 square feet of space.
