LONDON-Picton has inked leases with two new tenants for the lingering ground floor suites of its office building located at 50 Farringdon Road EC1. Totus Tax LLP has leased a 3,054-square-foot space at the 32,000-square-foot building. The lease runs for 10 years and the asking rent was GBP 27 per square foot. A legal firm has leased a 3,626-square-foot space at an asking rent of GBP 30 per square foot for 10 years.
