CHULA VISTA, CA-Los Angeles-based Resmark Apartment Living, a unit of The Resmark Cos., has entered into a joint venture with ColRich, a San Diego-based developer, to build two apartment complexes in Eastlake. Construction recently started for the two communities totaling 427 units at the 19.6-acre site in Chula Vista.
On the 9.5-acre western part of the property, 209 residences will be developed and on the eastern 10.1 acres, 218 residences will be built. Construction is scheduled to be finished in October 2013. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
