AUSTIN, TX-Stream Realty Partners has brokered two industrial leases totaling 79,147 square feet in Austin. Elliot Real Estate LP has signed a 67,147-square-foot lease at Delta Drive at 10605 Delta Drive and AWC Inc. has signed a 12,000-square-foot lease at Wells Branch Tech Center at 1421 Wells Branch Parkway.

Oxford Commercial's Brockman represented Elliot Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate Solutions' Leigh Ellis represented AWC. Stream Realty represented the landlords in both deals. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
