ALBUQUERQUE, NM-Albuquerque-based Triumph Sports has leased 14,000 square feet of space at Broadbent Business Park. The 330,000-square-foot complex is situated at 2801 Broadbent Parkway NE in the North I-25 corridor of Albuquerque.
With the new deal, the occupancy rate at Broadbent Business Park has reached mid-80%. Tim With and John Ransom from Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico represented the park in the deal.
