AUSTIN, TX-Whole Foods Market has inked a 52,483-square-foot lease at Las Cimas II, 805 Las Cimas Parkway. Spear Street Capital is the owner of the property. With this lease, the overall occupancy rate at Las Cimas II and III will reach over 85%. In the transaction, Stream Realty Partners' Brian Liverman and Kevin Granger brokered for the owner, while Endeavor Real Estate's Jamil Alam brokered for the tenant.
