City OKs New State Office Building on West Wisconsin Avenue

MILWAUKEE-City officials have approved plans for a state office building at the junction of West Wisconsin Avenue and North 27th Street in Milwaukee.

MILWAUKEE-City officials have approved plans for a state office building at the junction of West Wisconsin Avenue and North 27th Street in Milwaukee. The 64,000-square-foot building will provide office space for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families.

Developer Dennis Klein of Milwaukee-based KBS Construction Inc. is planning to purchase a 2-acre vacant site from the city for the project. The developer is hoping to start construction in early May. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
