AUSTIN, TX-The Austin American-Statesman reported that the Colorado & Third project in downtown Austin will soon get a 30-story office tower. Georgia-based Cousins Properties Inc. is taking care of the project that will come up on Colorado and Third streets.
The new building will have 6,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level, 390,000 square feet of office space and 900 parking spaces. Hixon and Silver Ventures in San Antonio will join with Cousins in the project. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
