CHICAGO-A venture including developer Steven Tinsley is looking for a new zoning plan to transform three structures situated between 20 and 28 E. Jackson Blvd. into a rental complex meant for young professionals and graduate students. The Chicago Plan Commission will consider the project.

The $57-million, 184-unit complex will have one- and two-bedroom units. It will also comprise a washer and dryer, full kitchen and other amenities. The venture is looking for federal historic tax credits for the project. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
