LONDON-Legal & General Property is developing plans to provide a GBP 15-million improvement to Midsummer Place Shopping Centre situated in Milton Keynes. The development plans call for a 57,000-square-foot addition to the center.

Midsummer Place contains 430,000 square feet of retail space. Its existing tenants include Apple, Debenhams, GAP, H&M, Hollister, Hugo Boss, Superdry and Zara.
