LONDON-Legal & General Property is developing plans to provide a GBP 15-million improvement to Midsummer Place Shopping Centre situated in Milton Keynes. The development plans call for a 57,000-square-foot addition to the center.

Midsummer Place contains 430,000 square feet of retail space. Its existing tenants include Apple, Debenhams, GAP, H&M, Hollister, Hugo Boss, Superdry and Zara. L&G is now finalizing plans for the project and it expects to submit a petition at the end of May 2012. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
