SAN FRANCISCO-SAP's division SuccessFactors has become the first tenant at Centennial Tower One in South San Francisco by signing a lease for 90,000 square feet. The 12-story tower has been vacant since its completion in 2008. The company will occupy the top three floors of the building featuring a 305,000-square-foot office space and a 20,000-square-foot retail space.
