Zoning Commission Approves First Baptist's Apartment Building

WASHINGTON, DC-DCmud reported that the First Baptist Church of Washington has received approval for a proposed nine-story apartment complex in Dupont Circle from the D.C. Zoning Commission.

WASHINGTON, DC-DCmud reported that the First Baptist Church of Washington has received approval for a proposed nine-story apartment complex in Dupont Circle from the D.C. Zoning Commission. The 218-unit apartment building is set to be constructed on a surface parking lot.

Keener Squire is overseeing the multifamily project. Once the firm obtains a building permit, it will start construction on the space. Michael Korns of Keener Squire said that the company is planning to start construction in Q4 2012. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
