LONDON-Derwent London has secured planning permission for a mixed-use project at 1 Oxford Street in London. Westminster City Council has approved the resolution to grant permission for the project that will be constructed above London Underground Station and the Tottenham Court Road Crossrail.
The plans call for two buildings totaling 275,000 square feet. The larger building will have 177,000 square feet of offices and 37,000 square feet of retail space, while the smaller building will have 27,000 square feet of offices and a 34,000-square-foot theatre.
