
BOSTON-Boylston Properties Co. has obtained a $48-million construction loan for the development of the Residence Inn by Marriott in Boston. The 175-room hotel will come up at 121 Brookline Ave. beside Fenway Park.
The eight-story extended stay hotel will provide spacious studio, single- and double-bedroom guestrooms. It will also feature a 6,000-square-foot retail space and underground parking. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler arranged the construction financing, which was provided by U.S. Bank. Construction is expected to be completed in June 2013.
