BERLIN-Helios Europe, which is expanding its operations with the selection of Andre Banschus as an executive and the opening of an office in Dusseldorf, is developing logistics and office space in three places in Germany. The 3,767,368-square-foot development is coming up in Berlin, Leipzig and Ingolstadt.
The EUR 250-million, Link Logistics project includes Air Link Park in Berlin, Direct Link Park in Leipzig and Inter Link Park in Ingolstadt. Helios Europe has already pre-leased space at Ingolstadt and Leipzig to Dachser and Nagel Group. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
