BETHESDA, MD-Initial construction work has started on a $200-million mixed-use project in the middle of Bethesda. Since paperwork and permitting delayed, the developers have started the initial work on the project.

The mixed-use development, called Lot 31, is being developed by PN Hoffman and StonebridgeCarras at the corner of Bethesda Avenue and Woodmont Avenue.
