
WHITE MARSH, MD-Gaithersburg-based Metro Bobcat has leased two buildings at 11000 Pulaski Highway in White Marsh. The construction equipment retailer has leased the buildings totaling 20,000 square feet from MarineMax.
Metro Bobcat is planning to use an 11,000-square-foot structure for its operations and sublet the 9,000-square-foot structure at the site. In the lease deal, Metro Bobcat was represented by Michael Myers and Steven L. Cornblatt from Trout Daniel & Associates, while the landlord had in-house representation.
