KANSAS CITY, MO-Reece & Nichols Realtors has signed a lease for more than 9,000 square feet of space at the Valencia Place office building in the Country Club Plaza.

KANSAS CITY, MO-Reece & Nichols Realtors has signed a lease for more than 9,000 square feet of space at the Valencia Place office building in the Country Club Plaza. The company is planning to relocate its Shawnee Mission Parkway office from Mission Woods to the Valencia Place building by the end of summer.

Reece & Nichols is currently located at 2000 Shawnee Mission Parkway adjoining State Line Road. The move will leave the company with nine office locations in Kansas and eight in Missouri. For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal .
