Simprint Renews Full-Building Lease in Quad Center

IRVING, TX-Simprint LLC, a company that refurbishes and remanufactures production printers for clients, has renewed its 43,383-square-foot lease in the Quad Center located at 3001 Story Road in Irving. The company has signed the full-building lease for its headquarters and production line.

Simprint has leased the entire building from Greenbriar Holdings Dallas Ltd. Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services' Jason Miller represented the tenant and Proterra Properties Inc.'s Dan Lawson represented the owner in the lease renewal deal.
