LA VERGNE, TN-Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems Inc. has signed a lease for 200,000 square feet of space at Mason Road Distribution Center. The automotive supplier has renewed its lease for 120,000 square feet and leased an additional 80,000 square feet of space at the 400,000-square-foot building in La Vergne.
Mason Road Distribution Center, located at 323 Mason Road, is owned by New York-based Clarion Partners. David McGahren of Cassidy Turley negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Sumitomo. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
