NEW YORK CITY-The Spector Group, an architectural firm, has inked a 13,000-square-foot lease on the 2nd floor of a building at 183 Madison Avenue. In the deal, Cushman & Wakefield's Henry Blair headed the team negotiated on behalf of the owners, while Lee & Associates NYC's Mitch Kunikoff and Dennis Someck negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
