NEW YORK CITY-Blockhead's Burritos has signed a lease for 10 years with G&J Wholesale Associates for 2,100 square feet of space at 1735 Park Ave. located at East 122nd Street. The asking price for the leased space was $40 per square foot.
A 350-square-foot storage basement is also included in the deal. Blockhead's will open its new location this summer. JDF Realty's Stephen May represented the tenant, while Square Foot Realty's Denise Martinez and Aaron Gavios represented the owner in the lease transaction.
