NEW YORK CITY-The Boston Consulting Group has signed a lease for 33,000 square feet of space at 315 Park Ave. South situated between East 23rd and East 24th streets. Details of the deal were not disclosed.
BCN Development is the owner of the 334,000-square-foot building formerly called the Remington Rand Building. Boston Consulting will retain its 96,500-square-foot office space at 430 Park Ave. In the Park Ave. South deal, CBRE Group Inc. represented Boston Consulting.
