NEW YORK CITY-Chun Po Trading is moving from 77 Commercial St. in Greenpoint to Maspeth in Queens. The plastics trading company will take the one-story, 46,000-square-foot building at 54-35 46th St. in Maspeth for five years.
The asking rent for Chun Po's new space was $55,000 per month. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented both Chun Po and the Maspeth building owner in the deal.
