EXTON, PA-The Hankin Group has built a $10-million affordable senior housing complex in Exton.

EXTON, PA-The Hankin Group has built a $10-million affordable senior housing complex in Exton. The senior apartment complex, known as the Bernard Hankin Building, contains 50 apartments.

The senior housing complex is situated at Rice Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue. The company opened a similar complex in Chester County, Pennsylvania, 15 years ago.
