LONDON-Legal & General Property has leased 4,000 square feet at Burleigh House situated on its Covent Garden Estate at 355-357 Strand in London to Garfunkel and leased more than 5,000 square feet of office space on the upper floors. Garfunkel signed a 25-year lease for the 4,000-square-foot unit and Starbucks renewed its lease for additional 10 years.
