
PLANTATION, FL-Beech Street Capital has provided $16.3 million in refinancing loan for the Jacaranda Village apartment community in Plantation. Scully Company, a Beech Street client, requested the lender to pay off tax exempt bonds with low fixed-rate debt.
The borrower received the Fannie Mae conventional loan for the 296-unit complex at 461 NW 87th Road. The fixed-rate, seven-year loan will help the borrower to refinance the property.
