DALLAS-SettlePou has expanded and extended its office lease at 3333 Lee Parkway in Dallas' Turtle Creek area. The Dallas-based law firm has inked a long-term lease for an office space measuring 28,819 square feet at the office building.

SettlePou has expanded its space by 8,400 square feet at the Lee Parkway building. Bill McClung, Grant Pruitt, Mike Wyatt and Robbie Baty from Cushman & Wakefield of Texas negotiated for SettlePou, while Granite Properties' Robert Jimenez represented the owner in the deal.
