Salesforce Signs 80,000-SF Lease at 600 Townsend St.

SAN FRANCISCO-Salesforce.com Inc. has inked a lease for 10 years with LBA Realty for approximately 80,000 square feet of office space at 600 Townsend St. in the SoMa District of San Francisco.

SAN FRANCISCO-Salesforce.com Inc. has inked a lease for 10 years with LBA Realty for approximately 80,000 square feet of office space at 600 Townsend St. in the SoMa District of San Francisco. The new space will accommodate Salesforce's Do.com, Desk.com and Heroku teams.

Earlier, Salesforce signed an 18-year deal for 400,000 square feet of space at 50 Fremont St. Dan Harvey from Cushman & Wakefield represented Salesforce and Bruce Wilson from CAC Group represented the landlord in the 600 Townsend deal. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
